Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Joyful Momma's Kitchen. We sell digital recipe downloads only. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Products

Because our recipes are digital products delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned. All sales are generally final once a download link or digital file has been delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Recipes that have already been downloaded or accessed

  • Failure to review the recipe description, ingredients, dietary information, or file requirements before purchasing

  • A customer’s inability to prepare a recipe or achieve a particular result

Download Problems and Defective Files

Please contact us if:

  • You did not receive your download

  • Your download link does not work

  • The file is damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened

  • You received a different product from the one you ordered

  • You were charged more than once for the same order

Contact us at [clint.croft@gmail.com] within 14 days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the problem. Screenshots may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

We will respond within 3 business days. Whenever possible, we will first provide a replacement file, corrected download link, or other reasonable assistance.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved when:

  • We cannot provide the digital product you purchased

  • A technical problem with our file cannot be corrected

  • You received the wrong product and we cannot provide the correct one

  • A confirmed duplicate charge occurred

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights available to you under applicable law.

Cancellations

Orders are typically fulfilled immediately. Therefore, an order generally cannot be canceled after the download link or file has been delivered. If you contact us before delivery, we will review your cancellation request.

Recipe and Allergy Notice

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and deciding whether a recipe is suitable for their dietary needs. Recipes may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Please use appropriate care when selecting ingredients and preparing recipes.
